The Criswell Education Collaborative provides educational consulting, advocacy, professional development, and information regarding animal-assisted interventions.

Hotline Disclaimer: Our hotline (Package 1) is a support and information line, not a crisis line. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
All content provided in our Professional Development packages (P4), including webinars, slide decks, PDF guides, and quality improvement frameworks, is the intellectual property of Criswell Education Collaborative.
License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal or internal organizational use.
Restrictions: You may not record, resell, redistribute, or share login credentials for paid webinars or training materials without our express written permission.
Fee-for-Service (P3): Payment is due as per the invoice terms provided at the time of booking.
Webinars/Digital Goods: Due to the digital nature of webinars and downloadable resources, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Our services may involve interactions with therapy animals. By participating in in-person events or consultations:
You acknowledge that animals, while trained, can be unpredictable.
You agree to follow all instructions given by the handler/staff regarding the animal.
You assume all risks associated with animal interaction and release Criswell Education Collaborative from liability regarding these interactions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree not to use our website or hotline to:
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Criswell Education Collaborative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, D.C., United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
